SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS
Surgical Instruments
General surgical instruments are the foundation of every surgical procedure. While dexterity, precision and persistence are important factors in the success of surgical operations, equally high standards must be applied to the surgical instruments used.
- Scissors
- Forceps
- Organ and Tissue Grasping Forceps
- Hemolytic Forceps, Bulldog Forceps, Vessel Clippers, Approximators
- Dissection and Ligature Forceps
- Surgical Needles, Needle Covers
- Needle Holder, Sewing Hand Tools, Ligature Needles
- Wound Retractors
- Self-standing Retractors, Abdominal Retractors
- Abdominal Surgery Intestinal and Rectal Hand Tools
- Gallbladder, Liver and Spleen Hand Tools
Cardiothoracic Surgery
Faced with the possibility of cardiothoracic surgery, many patients express concerns about sternotomy, such as the longitudinal incision of the sternum and the post-operative pain that results from it. However, it is not always necessary to open the chest completely. Today, minimally invasive procedures are also possible in operations such as heart valve, coronary bypass and video-assisted thoracic surgery.
We also support minimally invasive procedures in cardiothoracic surgery with our advanced 3D imaging technology, high quality and precision micro handpieces and innovative medical technology solutions for unhindered access to the operation site.
Laparoscopic Surgery
Every surgical procedure means stress for the patient. This is why laparoscopy uses a minimally invasive surgical approach – less invasive procedures usually mean shorter recovery times. The patient can return to his normal life more quickly. At the same time, there are no compromises: the expected success from the procedure should be equal to or even higher than that of open surgery.
We want to help shape the future of laparoscopy. Driven specifically by our desire to explore new approaches to imaging, sealing & cutting solutions and high precision hand tools, we are focusing on the systematic further development of hand tools as well as vessel sealing and closure instruments such as the EinsteinVision® 3D camera system and Caiman® and DS appendectomy clips.
Power systems
Elan4... It offers the latest generation of pneumatic and electric motor systems for neurosurgery and spine surgery departments. ELAN 4 with a new technical concept meets the important requirements of surgeons and all parties using motor systems in the hospital. It reshapes the Aesculap Engine Systems portfolio, replacing historically advanced systems. This much less complex portfolio is clear and easy to understand.
ELAN 4 electric and ELAN 4 air are two systems with a single use philosophy.
Acculan 3Ti... Battery operated power system for orthopedics, traumatology, cardiothoracic surgery and dermatology. Powerful up to 250 Watts. The battery and electronic control parts do not need to be sterilized. The titanium body is suitable for alkali-containing mechanical rework, making it easy to use. Reinvention of cordless tools.
Eccos Mechanical Rework...In combination with mechanical rework basic requirements and storage system; The temperature should not rise above 60°C during the cleaning cycle. The cleaning process should take at least 3 minutes. Intermediate rinse for at least 1 minute. Intensive final rinse with distilled, demineralized or completely desalinated water. Thermal disinfection only: 5 minutes rinsing with distilled, demineralized or fully desalinated water at 96°C. Complete the program with a drying phase lasting at least 10 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 120°C.
